We offer a secure, fully insured collection and delivery service for all watch servicing and repair work — designed to give you total peace of mind from start to finish.

Nationwide Coverage (UK)
Once your service is booked, we can arrange for your watch to be collected from your home, office, or preferred location via a fully insured, signed-for and tracked courier. Your timepiece will be transported safely to our workshop with specialist handling throughout the journey.

When your service is complete, we’ll dispatch your watch back to you using the same secure method, with tracking details provided and a signature required upon delivery.

Next-Day Options Available
If speed is important, we also offer next-day collection and return services — please contact our team directly to discuss the best option for your timeline and location.

Verification & Security
To maintain the highest level of security, we may request confirmation that the individual arranging collection is the registered owner of the watch or acting with their permission.

Drop-Off By Appointment
Prefer to visit us in person? You're welcome to book an appointment to drop off or collect your watch at our boutique. We’ll ensure everything is prepared and ready for your arrival.
