Service Pricing & Warranty Information
The prices listed represent base costs for standard servicing. If any components require replacement, the additional cost will be included in your estimate prior to the commencement of work.
We stand by the quality of our workmanship and offer a 24-month warranty on all full services. This warranty covers any malfunction, component failure, or stoppage to the movement occurring under normal wear conditions.
Please note, the warranty will be void if the watch has been subjected to any of the following:
- Water damage due to accidents, negligence, or improper handling
- Misuse or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines or our aftercare instructions
Physical shock (e.g. dropping the watch) - Improper operation, including use of the quickset function to adjust the date between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM
- Exposure to extreme temperatures or strong magnetic fields
